I would like to thank you for taking part in my research and to encourage you to do so if you are still thinking about it. The study is progressing very well within its current parameters but you still have time to take part.
My truely anonymous and confidential teacher survey is staying live for Reading Week (Half-Term) October 2011 and is still found on The University of Southampton, iSurvey system and accessed through the link below;
My ‘Welcome Statement’ which opens from the ‘live’ link above, explains the aims of my individual research. It takes about 20 minutes to complete but does include some deeply thoughtful questions which may require reflection.
Likely participants are newly appointed, recently qualified or rejoiner teachers, subject to the updated 2002, Education Act; at any stage of their teacher qualifications (pre-PCET/ATLS/QTLS/QTS and beyond) and teaching or tutoring at any type of educational establishment (PCE/FE, Sixth Form colleges, Adult Education and/or schools).
I have added a prize draw to encourage full completion andyou can take part and/or receive my report due later in 2011, with all references, providing your wish is indicated on the survey with a current email address please.
Many thanks in anticipation of your participation; your input is invaluable but more importantly, the study is being noticed and will contribute to improved teacher induction in the future especially now QTS and QTLS are to be equalised. (Wolf report recommendations accepted by Gove, 2011).
With best wishes to all.
