I'm Elaine and I am currently teaching at Stafford College, I teach in the Skills for Life Dept and my specialism subjects are ESOL and Literacy. I would be interested in chatting to anyone from other local colleges or in fact from FE colleges in general as I have lots of questions about classroom management and motivation of teenage learners.
