Hi Everyone

I am carrying out a research on Reciprocal Peer Observation (Reciprocation), where a Pair of trainees Teacher observing each other as follows:

Triad: 3 Trainees observe each other:

Trainee A observes Trainee B and Trainee C Observe Trainee A.

Paired/Reciprocal: 2 Trainees Observe each other in Turn.

I am looking for references mainly on paired/Reciprocal peer observations.

Could you please help.
